Waldemar Murek

Attorney, Częstochowa

Mr. Murek graduated from the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
Until 1993 he practised as a prosecuting attorney and performed the function of District Vice Prosecutor in Chorzów.
In 1993 Mr. Murek was entered in the list of legal advisers. Since May 1st, 2002 he has been practising as an attorney.

JAs a member of the District Bar Association in Katowice, Waldemar Murek has accumulated a wealth of experience in providing legal assistance to businesses and banks.
In his professional career he represented large Polish and international companies and acted as a defence attorney in many criminal cases.

Now Mr. Murek runs his own law office. His areas of expertise include:

• criminal cases (traffic accidents, industrial injuries, abuse of authorisation or non-performance of duties by a public officer),
• criminal and fiscal offences (VAT & excise tax),
• divorces, property division.

The office in Częstochowa is open on:

• Tuesday, from 4 pm to 6 pm,
• Friday, from 1 pm to 3 pm.
