Legal advice costs from 100 to 200 PLN.

Payments for regular services for businessmen depend on the scope of clients' requirements and vary from 2,000 PLN to 10,000 PLN monthly.

Court cases:

The remuneration for the Office is agreed with the client, taking into consideration the rates resulting from the Regulations of Minister of Justice dated 28 September 2002 on payments for lawyers' services and the State Treasury bearing costs of free-of-charge pubic legal assistance (Dz.U. dated 03 October 2002, Dz.U. 02.163.1348).

For example, minimal rates in civil law cases claiming certain amount of money, depending on the value of subject of litigation, are as follows:

subject of litigation up to 500 PLN – 60 PLN

above 500 PLN to 1,500 PLN – 180 PLN

above 1500 to 5,000 – 600 PLN

above 5,000 to 10,000 – 1,200 PL

above 10,000 to 50,000 – 2,400 PLN

above 50,000 to 200,000 – 3,600 PLN

above 200,000 – 7,200 PLN
